The Website and Waitlist are operated by InnovateX Tech Solutions Pty Ltd as trustee for the Johnson Family Trust (ABN 82 428 980 675), a company registered in Queensland, Australia (referred to as “we”, “us”, and “our” in this document).
By using the Website or joining the Waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. The waitlist
Joining the Waitlist is free and non-binding. It does not guarantee access to the Maren platform, nor does it constitute a contract for the provision of services. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or delay access to the platform at our discretion.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify Waitlist members when early access becomes available, but we make no guarantees about timing, availability, or features of the platform at launch.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of InnovateX Tech Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
