1. Who we are
Maren is a product of InnovateX Tech Solutions Pty Ltd as trustee for the Johnson Family Trust (ABN 82 428 980 675), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to InnovateX Tech Solutions Pty Ltd.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What information we collect
When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect:
- Your email address (required)
- Your name and business name (if provided)
- Technical information such as your browser type, IP address, and device information (collected automatically)
- Usage data such as pages visited and time spent on site
3. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Manage your position on the Maren waitlist
- Send you updates about Maren, including launch announcements and early-access invitations
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with our legal obligations
4. Where your information is stored
We host the Maren website on Australian-aligned infrastructure and choose third-party providers with the most favourable data residency for Australian customers:

We use industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
5. Who has access to your information
Access to your personal information is limited to authorised personnel at InnovateX Tech Solutions Pty Ltd. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with the providers listed in section 4, each of whom is bound by their own privacy commitments and contractual obligations to us.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 sets cookies that record an anonymous client identifier, page views, and the source or medium of your visit. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our waitlist form to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile evaluates browser signals (no CAPTCHA puzzle) and may set short-lived cookies. It does not track you across sessions or sites.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act
Under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time
- Complain about how we handle your personal information

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Data retention
We retain your waitlist information until you request its deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected. If you do not convert to an active customer after Maren’s general-availability launch, we will delete your information within 12 months.
9. Children’s privacy
Maren is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Cross-border data transfers
Some of our service providers (notably Cloudflare and Google) operate global infrastructure. Where personal information is transferred outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient is bound by privacy obligations substantially similar to the APPs.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated to active waitlist members by email.
