We built Maren for our business. Now we are opening her up.
Maren was built inside InnovateX Tech Solutions to run our own operations, marketing, client work, and admin. Not as a demo. Every day. She is audited, tested, and held to the same bar as production code. If you have felt the gap between AI that chats and AI that actually ships work, you are not imagining it. Maren closes it. Cohort 1 is your way in.
What She Does

Maren’s memory is permanent and append-only. Every contact, every decision, every conversation, every lesson. Nothing is deleted or silently rewritten. Honest separation between what the platform team needs to keep Maren running and improving, and what stays in your tenant under your control. No surprises in the fine print.
What we can access
- Aggregate, anonymised usage metrics — token counts, error rates, response times. For capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Anonymised model-routing telemetry. For improving smart-switching across our customer base.
- Tenant-level metadata — active tier, seat count, installed skills, connector list. For billing and operational health.
- System-level platform audit (deployments, infrastructure alerts). Platform operations only, never customer content.
- Workflow execution traces when you open a support ticket and explicitly share them.
- Anonymised data from opt-in product improvement programs you can leave any time.
What we cannot access
- Your conversations with Maren. Chat history is scoped to your tenant.
- Documents, files, PDFs, images, audio you upload to memory.
- Knowledge register content — your facts about clients, deals, decisions.
- Connector payloads (HubSpot, Xero, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Buffer, LinkedIn) flowing through Maren.
- Your API keys, OAuth tokens, or any credentials.
- Your tenant's audit log content — immutable, scoped to you.
- Any customer data without an explicit, time-limited support consent.
When you open a support ticket
You choose what to share — a specific workflow run, a single conversation, system-level metrics. Sharing is time-limited, audit-logged, and revocable. We never browse or query your data outside of those explicit consent windows.
